CAREER BACKGROUND AND ACHIEVEMENTS

 

Cesar Diaz is natural born citizen in Tarlac City, Philippines. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy at the Central Luzon Doctors’ Hospital Educational Institution in 2003 and a diploma holder in Public Administration with a Major in Human Resource Management at the Tarlac State University since 2011.

Diaz became a part time professor at The Philippine Women’s University CDCEC Tarlac in the school year 2005-2006.  He also worked as Marketing Officer in three college schools in Tarlac City from 2007-2009.   He also worked as a customer service consultant at Sutherland Global Services from 2010-2011 and later became a government employee at the Tarlac Provincial Capitol and at Nayong Pilipino Clark Expo Pampanga in the years 2012-2015.

 

Achievements:

  • First Achievement in photography:  Finalist in the 1st National PAGCOR Photography Contest in 2013. He was listed as one of the finalists in the Customs and Traditions category with the theme:  IT’S MORE FUN THE PHILIPPINES. The photo entitled, “Agawang Bukong sa Ilog” made it to the top 12 beating 5000+ entries and participants all over the Philippines.

 

  • Ranked as the 3rd Placer in the Canon Clickers Club Monthly Photo Contest in 2013.

 

  • Bagged the grand prize in the on the spot photo contest conducted by the  Kapulungan Litratista ni Indung Kapampangan Group, which was held in Angeles City Pampanga in 2014.

 

  • Awarded as 1st Runner up in the People for Peace Photography Competition conducted as part of the National Peace Consciousness Month in 2014.

 

  • Snatched the 1st Place in the Sinukwan Meng LItratu Photo Contest held at the San Fernando Pampanga during the Sinukwan Festival in 2015.

 

Diaz’s other masterpieces were also published in i-Mag Magazine, twice in Manila Bulletin and in the international online photography group, Neutral Ground as the Photo of the Day that received praises and commendations from other respected photographers.

 

He founded “Project Smile” photo venture, a program that aims to provide a free family portrait to the families who do not have any family photos in their house yet.

Today, Cesar Diaz is a full-time professional wedding photographer who also manages his own studio in his home town.
